Wayne is currently Director of the Fusion Ensemble for Carleton University's Music Department, where he is employed as a Guitar Performance Instructor.

Upcoming releases include: Bruce / Wayne, a guitar/drums duo; the jam band 3 JIMMYS; and a "double duo" project with Ken Rosser, Bruce Wittet & Ian Froman.
